Do I own everything you set up?
Yes. Every account is in your name and you invite me in as a helper. When we're done you can remove me any time. Nothing about your setup depends on me.
Will this bring in customers?
I can't say. Nobody honest can. What I do is careful setup, a full test, and clear instructions, so the tools work the way they should. What happens after that is your business.
How much does it cost?
Setup jobs are one-time and range from $150 to $800, depending on what you need. Tool costs (a domain, an email plan) are yours and I list them for you before anything is bought.
What tools do you use?
The ones most small businesses can afford or already have: Cloudflare for hosting, MailerLite for email, Square or Stripe for payments, Buffer for social, and Google for your listing and analytics. If you already use something else, we usually keep it.
How long does a job take?
Most one-time jobs are done in 2 to 3 weeks after you send what I need. I don't take on more than a couple of jobs at once.
What if I need help after handoff?
Fourteen days of free fixes after handoff. After that, small tweaks are a flat fee, and there is no monthly bill unless you want one later.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. I handle all the setup. On a screen-share I walk you through what's been done and where to find it. You get a handoff sheet with plain-English instructions for the handful of things you might want to change later.
Can I update the site myself?
The site files are yours. If you have someone who can edit HTML, they can change anything. For most small businesses, it's easier to ask me for a quick update — small tweaks are a flat fee after handoff.
